Lodge a refund application via the refund form on our Refunds Policy page or click the link HERE! Only eligible if Order Number, Full Name and Email/Phone Number is provided on the form for an Online Order refund to be accepted. *All products must be in store at the time of refund for it to be processed*.
Once your order has been packaged for delivery, you will receive SMS notifications and/or emails sent via our courier informing you of its delivery status. A tracking number will be emailed to you from the courier. You can then use this number to track your order online.
