    Be sure of your purchase — the store may not provide refunds for change of mind.

    Orders can be modified or cancelled by contacting the store before collection. Once an order has been processed, changes may not be possible.

    Currently, purchases are available via Click & Collect. We also offer delivery at an additional charge depending on your location.
  • Where can I collect my online purchases from?
    Items can be collected from Glynde Mitre 10, Hectorville.
  • The website said there was stock in-store, but when I arrived it was sold out.
    Stock levels are updated regularly, but very popular or on-promotion items can sell out quickly. You can call to reserve the item for later collection.
  • How can I tell if items are available online or in-store?
    Availability is displayed while ordering. If stock is low, we can order it for you within standard business times.
  • What are my payment options?
    Online purchases can be made securely using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
  • How long does it take to verify payments?
    Payments are verified, and funds are taken from your account immediately.
  • I think my payment has failed; can you help me?
