Change of mind
We're happy to offer a refund or exchange on most items returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase (receipt or Mighty Rewards record). Some exclusions apply (special orders, cut timber, mixed paint, etc.).
Faulty goods
If an item is faulty or not as described you’re entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law — refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate. Bring the item and your receipt in-store and we’ll sort it out.
How to return an item
- Bring the item back to the store in its original packaging if possible.
- Bring proof of purchase — receipt, invoice, or your Mighty Rewards account.
- Speak to a team member at the service desk.
